Configuring Duplicate Message Detection in Exchange Server
Hi Guys I have been researching on this topic for quite a while. The problem is that a message with the same ID and time stamp gets blocked. If found this article on the technet site http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd577073(v=exchg.80).aspx I implemented the following in the article: Start Registry Editor. Expand the following subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\<Server_Name>\Private-<GUID> Right-click Private-<GUID>, point to New, and then click DWORD Value. Type DeliveredTo Expiration in Hours, and then press ENTER to name the new value. Right-click DeliveredTo Expiration in Hours, and then click Modify. In the Value data box, type the time, in hours, that you want to keep received message information, and then click OK. Expand the following subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\<Server_Name>\Public-<GUID> I then tested the mail, but it still states duplicate and does not want to release the email. Can someone please assist as this is a nagging problem Thank you
