Configure or Add another Column to the Oulook 2007 Rooms Dialog Box
Hello, is there any way to add columns to the Rooms button in Outlook 2007. For example, the current columns are: Name, Location, Bus Phone, Capacity, Desc, E-mail Address. We would like to add another column here. Is there a way to do this? Thank you in advance. P.S. I don't want to program Outlook at all, I was just wondering if there was a configuration setting or a "checkbox" that I could click to add a Column to the dialog box

Hi Tuck918, Per my knowledge, this is by default and cannot be changed. Changing the way Outlook displays it's address book columns. http://blogs.msdn.com/b/dgoldman/archive/2008/02/25/changing-the-way-outlook-displays-it-s-address-book-columns.aspx Thanks, Evan Liu TechNet Subscriber Support in forum If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tngfb@microsoft.com Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
