Hi, The scenario is as follows: Task1 To ensure we have copies of all email received fromand sent to certain email addresses from users mailboxes. I have setup a user called archive and am going to request usersto send all email that have been sentto and receivedfrom particular addresses to foward the messages to"archive" with a project number which will then be sorted into folders in archives mailboxbased on rules. A particular user will be given access to archives mailbox giving tracibility of emails. Is there a way I can search users mailboxes for theseemails and copythese into archives mailbox? Is there a way that I can configure exchange 2003to foward futureemails to and from particular addresses automatically toarchive? Alternatively I will need to setup rulesin Outlook 2003on individualusers machines! Task 2 I have setup a user called support, the emails to support forward to Mike (mail is also kept in supports mailbox), Mike then sends mail on behalf of Support. I need items sent on behalfof support byMike to be either forwarded or BCC'd to support so that the support mailbox has records of mail sentby Mike on behalf of Support? I have tried various rules in Outlook none of which work! Pleasehelp! Thanks, Chris.
