For Exchange 2003: You will want to create 2 global address lists one for domain A which will have a query to search domain A's email address and one for Domain B which will query Domain B's email address. Deny domain A's employees from Domain B's GAL and Deny Domain B's employees from Domain A's employees. also you will need to deny everyone from the Default GAL so that users will not see all of the users. For Exchange 2007: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb232101.aspx<-- I haven't done this yet so here is a link.

Thx a lot, I will try this. Will I need also to deny authenticated users from the default GAL? Really thx.
