Compatibility issue between outlook 2013 and Acrobat Professional X

Dear Sir/Madam,

The PDF maker add-in is disabled in outlook 2013 . I can convert email to PDF by this add-in in outlook 2007.

Try enable the add-in and restart client, issue still persist.

Try the workaround that converting email via doPDFv7 printer, the link inserted into the email content will lost.

Try log in the OWA and convert the web content to PDF ,it's working but inconvenient.

Are there any other solutions to fix this compatibility issue?

Thanks,

David Cai

Hi David,

I've seen other reports of the same issue that the PDFMaker doesn't work well with Office product.

To use PDFMaker with Office 2013, as far as I know, you at least need Acrobat XI (11.0.1) installed. So please try to upgrade your Acrobat product and then try again.

If issue persists, you might need to contact Adobe support for further assistance.
