Companyweb calendar replacement
I am in the process of removing a server that was running sbs 2011 and exchange 2010 with a server running server 2012 r2 standard and exchange 2013. I "thought" I would still have access for users to the calendar on the companyweb site until I could research an alternative, but that is not the case. Since we uninstalled exchange 2010, companyweb no longer is up. I can't even view it from IIS, it just times out. So, now I need a solution immediately. From speaking with the people who actually use the calendar, it sounds like what they need is a calendar that everyone can see and anyone can create new appointments and edit their own appointments. It's mostly used to let people know who is out and who is in the office. Is there a way I can create a default calendar like this for use in Outlook?

Hello,

with removing Exchange you have removed the required server for the calendat.

If you have internet access you could think about using calendar.live.com and create here a shared calendar where you invite all people with email and modify permissions.
