Im creating a company calendar for  konference rooma and cars reservation.

As a base and main management tool I use OUTLOOK 2013 (logged in as a domain CALENDAR USER). Admin management is in OUTLOOK 2010 or 2013 (management via user local computer in domain)

I have a problem with events/appointments conflicts.

As you can see on the screen I tried to create a conflict. On the left you can see that few reservations are made in the same time. On the right I made one big WHOLE DAY MEETING and put one small meeting. Events were addedd successfully without conflict.

I have selected those options to avoid conflicts:

I have read somewhere that unchecking first option (AUTOACCEPT) will help with AUTODECLINE CONFLICTED events. But if I uncheck the first option I cant select others:




Please help me to solve this problem. 

Or is there a FREE for COMPANY solution to manage RESERVATIONS for conference rooms and cars? Accessable for all DOMAIN USERS?
