Hi all,

I have my Communicator 2007 R2 saving away conversations to Outlook - Office Professional Plus 2010 conversation history folder, and it works fine, about 8 out of 10 conversations save away happily when I leave them alone for a minute or two.

For some reason, some conversations just don't save. I'll leave them open for days, but no sign of them saving away. Is there a way to manually trigger the "save to conversation history" process?

Hi,

The Communicator 2007 R2 saves the conversation history to Outlook through EWS. If the EWS is unavailable, the communictor client will use MAPI to save the history. Precondition is that you install the OC client with Outlook on the same PC. If both the two ways are unavailable, the history will be not saved to Outlook. 

So please check the EWS and MAPI plus.
