i just logged in as local administrator and tried to ping .. is working fine but when i went back to domain user its not working !! i think its because i played with the permission level in active directory ! i will try to delet this user and create another one

no , when i create another user in active directory i cant not login and show this problem ..screenshot any way my plan is i want to create a user name in AD for CAS and HT server for example HT so HT should be a memeber of domian user and what eles ?? entrpise and domain admin ??? when i do that another problem happen like when i want to install something this error apear screen shot

i have 3 server 1- AD server 2- HT and CAS server 3-Mail Box role server i want to have individual user for each server like below 1- Administrator 2-HTAdmin 3-MailAdmin is this a professional way ?? or not now when i go to AD , and create the other two user HTAdmin and MailAdmin , and make them as a member of Domain Admin and Entrpise admin , when i use one of them on HT and CAS server and can not use ping IP to see other comuters now i will try to delete the drive and put back again to see it solve the problem or not

removeing NIC driver Didn't solve the problem the problem is in the users because when i use Administrator as a login name i dont have any problem !!
