Clients in Workgroup and in same Exchange Network not connecting POP3 (Failed)

Dears,

I have an urgent and annoying issue of POP3, I am trying to connect via POP3 in Win7 with Oulook 2013 but if gives failed.

I have 1 Exchange 2013 server (CAS/Mailbox).

I have started the POP3 services (2 services).

I have prepared the certificate after enabling the POP.

The certificate is assigned to use: SMTP, Outlook Anywhere, POP, IMAP and IIS.

Everything is working Fine: RPC/HTTPS, OWA, and Outlook Anywhere.

I am telneting on Exchange server ad these ports are opened: 25, 587, 110, 995.

The certificate is issued by internal CA, the root certificate is installed on user/computer store at client.

The certificate SANs are added.

The certificate request include the right name of POP server (SANs).

Can you tell me what I should do to fix this issue on both Server side and Client Side? What should I do further to connect POP3?

Thanks

Regards
