Please mention which Outlook version your are using??

If you have any problem with your current version of Outlook or you found that it is no longer supported, try to use scanpst.exe tool for scanning .pst file to cut down the issue.

Hi Kate,

Please elaborate your query more briefly, so we can provide you appropriate solution to troubleshoot the issue. Although, I am defining some basic tricks to fix Outlooks glitches:

1.) Open Outlook in safe mode.
2.) Perform repair on Outlook Data File.
3.) Recreate Outlook profile if it seems corrupted.
4.) Remove third party plug-ins (after opening Outlook in safe mode)
5.) Check the server settings (which is used to connect with Office 365)
6.) At last, contact to your ISP

Hello Kate,

Something happened to make this change. Please help clarifying a few points:
1. Is this your own computer or a company (hospital) computer?
2. If Private Computer: Has your husband or other access to your computer and is making changes?
3. If Company Computer you need to talk to the IT Responsible at your work.
