I am creating a spreadsheet in Excel with client names and phone numbers.  I want the phone numbers to be linked so that when I email myself the spreadsheet I'm simply able to click the number to have it dial on my iPhone.  Is this possible?  If so, how do I do it?

According to your description, my understanding is that you want to use phone number that stored in Excel file directly without clicking iPhone Contacts. Which app did you open the Excel? Excel for IOS or other?
