When you run 'Clean-MailboxDatabase' are you sure you're typing in the proper Identity? Try this instead: Get-MailboxDatabase | Clean-MailboxDatabase

Hi J.Horton, First of all thank you. I tried that one and it was working without error. To test it, I tried disabling one mailbox and it showed up in disconnected area. However, when i tried the second time to disable another mailbox it doesn't show up. Does it really take time ? or any certain period for it to show up in disconnected area? I appreciate your reply.

Hi again J.Horton. I think it is okay now. I tried to analyzed one thing, that mailbox which is empty is not showing up in the disconnected mailbox. While mailbox that has mails inside immediately shows up when it is either disabled or removed. Thanks alot. Regards
