Child Domain users cannot log into Outlook Web Access.
Hi We are having an issue with one of out Child Domains logging into Outlook Web Access in our Exchange 2010 environment. All exchange servers are in the root domain, with all users in child domains. When members of one of the child domains log in, they get an error saying the following. Request Url: https://owa.address:443/OWA/lang.owa User host address: x.x.x.x User: test user EX Address: /o=OurCompany/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Recipients/cn=test user476afe68 SMTP Address: abc@abc.com OWA version: 14.1.218.13 Exception Exception type: Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Directory.ADTransientException Exception message: Could not find any available Domain Controller in domain (child domain). Going through some other pages, recommendations are to run setup /preparedomain. I didn't think this was necessary as this has already been done before and users were able to access OWA recently. Replication between DC's is looking normal with repadmin /showrepl showing all successful. I'm at a loss here, thinking of probably ringin MS support unless someone here can make a suggestion! From exchange servers all domain controllers can be pinged and contacted with correct addresses. DNS has been checked that all IP addreses are correct. Cheers

How is thing going on after running setup /PrepareAllDomains? Regarding to the error message, it can occur if some Exchange objects are not created. Hence, please take some time to perform Mallah’s suggestions. In addition, I would like to share you the following article: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb125224.aspx Thanks.
