Checking users' access to Public Folders
HiWe are running Exchange 2003 SP2 and Outlook 2003/2007 clients.A number of users are moving to another company, and we need to check if they have access to any public folders. Apart from asking them directly - which is not really an option - is there a way to find out? I need to find out if they do have access to any PF's and, if so, which ones and what permissions? To be honest, I am not sure if there is one group they are all in.

You can use PFDavAdmin to export permissions and get the report of all PFs from Tools menu -> Choose Export Permissions New Tools Available for Public Folders and Mailbox Management, and for Mobility http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa996025(EXCHG.65).aspx Microsoft Exchange Server Public Folder DAV-based Administration Tool http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=635BE792-D8AD-49E3-ADA4-E2422C0AB424&displaylang=en Amit Tank | MVP Exchange Server | MCITP: EMA | MCSA: M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com
