Changing subject line of an appointment for a resource
I have a resource setup in Exchange 2007. It isset up as a 'room'. It performs the function as intended. This is really more of a cosmetic issue. The resource auto-accepts the appointment if the time is available. The requestor receives a notification e-mail from the resource. The issue is the "subject" for the appointment. On the requestor's and all attendee's calendars the 'subject' is shown as the original subject from the requestor. However, when viewing the resource's calendar, the subject simply shows the requestor's name. This is an issue because our company president can trump any meeting. She wants to know from looking at the subject if the meeting at a particular time is "important" enough for her to reschedule to a different time. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
