Hi

Is it possible to setup Exchange to store deleted emails from Mailbox A in the Deleted Items folder of Mailbox B? If there is no way to set this up automatically, is it feasible to move emails regularly using a script?

The purpose of this is that the user has multiple Exchange mailboxes and doesn't want to check multiple Deleted Items folders

While I am sure you could script something to move items around it would

A: be a very poor practice

B: become a nightmare to manage

C: sure to cause allot of confusion

Now assuming s/he has access to all mailboxes when logging into outlook, one thing you could have them do is right click on each Deleted Items folder and add it as a favorite.  This will place each Deleted Items folder they adds as a favorite at the top so that they can easily navigate between the respective deleted items folders
