Hi, If you think to do an inplace migration from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010 then I tell you that's Impossible. In fact, there's no inplace upgrade path from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010. I advice you to take a look at this links, they will help you: http://www.simple-talk.com/sysadmin/exchange/upgrade-exchange-2003-to-exchange-2010/ http://www.exchangeinbox.com/article.aspx?i=152 Best regards Best Regards Don't forget to mark it as answer if it helps

No in place upgrade. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee681665.aspx run through the Exchange Deployment assistant, it will give you a bunch of stuff that need to be done. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/exdeploy2010/default.aspx#Index lasse at humandata dot se, http://anewmessagehasarrived.blogspot.com

Nice small environment so it may even be a fast, simple migration without having to worry about co-existence. High level process will be: 1) Get the AD and existing Exchange org up to minimum requirements 2) Install a new member server and prep for Exchange 2010 3) Install and configure Exchange 2010 on new server (making sure that backups and mail flow are tested) 4) Migrate front-end services (eg OWA, internet mail routing) 5) Migrate mailboxes and public folders 6) Decommission old Exchange server If the environment is small enough then steps 4-5 can potentially be done in a single weekend. But definitely run through the Exchange Deployment Assistant first to get familiar with the process. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/exdeploy2010/default.aspxPaul Cunningham (MCITP) Blog: Exchange Server Pro Book: Exchange 2003 to 2010 Migration Guide
