Changing Sensitivity labels in Outlook
I'd like to make it easy for users to comply with corporate security classification policy, by putting the Sensitivity setting options on the Ribbon for easy access, and (here's the tricky bit) changing the default descriptions (Normal, Personal, Private, Confidential) to match our corporate standard (Public, Internal, Protected, Confidential). Any ideas?

Hi,

We can't add the options to Ribbon directly, but in Outlook 2010, it's not difficult to change the Sensitivity by the following:

1. In the mail message window, on the Message tab, click the Options Dialog Box Launcher Dialog Box Launcher.

2. In the Message Options dialog box, under Message Settings, in the Sensitivity list, select Normal, Personal, Private, or Confidential.

On the other hand, as far as I know we can't change the label names in Outlook.
