Changing SMTP outbound port to another port
I'm currently using Exchange Server 2007 Enterprise and am having issues sending mail. Our ISP blocks port 25, and we're setting this installation up at a home for testing purposes. I have searched all over the Internet to figure out how to change the outbound port 25 to another port so our mail doesn't get trashed by our ISP, but to no avail. There appear to be no support articles on Microsoft's website about how to change the outgoing port to something else. Any help? Thanks, Drew

Hi, the set-sendconnector command should do it: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa998294.aspx Leif

Leif, Thanks for your information. However, I'm having some issues understanding what exactly needs to be run. All that information is just a little too complex for me to understand due to being used to Exchange Server 2003. If you could elaborate a bit more on what exactly I need to do, that would be helpful. Thanks. Drew
