Is it possible to change the MDX filter display value in PPS 2010 dashboard designer?

Let me describe it.

I have "Country" MDX filter in dashboard designer which should be passed to "State" MDX filter. I need to show the state name prefixed by Country name.

Can anyone help on this.

At least I haven't managed to alter the display value. It uses the member name directly.

The only thing that comes to mind is creating a user hierarchy, so that countries and states can be shown as a tree in the filter.
