Change the view of an Outlook Calendar 2013 to view as a list with actual appointments and duration of a specific day/week

At the end of the day/week I need to account for time that I spent on each task. I'd like to use the calendar list view as it gives you duration of all appointments/meetings. However, when there are recurring events, and I have modified the duration of these, they are not updated in the view list. They show with the original duration when they were created. Is there any way I can have a list view of my calendar appointments/meetings exactly the way it's shown on my calendar view? Or any other way, I can get a list of appointments/meetings with duration for a specific day or week?

Hi,

There is no such list view in Outlook to show individual occurrences like it in Calendar view. However, we can export your calendar items to .csv file to achieve the same goal. To do this, please follow:

1. Open your calendar.

2. Click File > Open & Export > Import/Export.

3. Select "Export to a file" and click Next.

4. Select "Comma Separated Values" and click Next.

5. Select the calendar you want to export from the folder list and click Next.

6. Select or create the .csv file and click Next.

7. Map the fields if you want. Click Finish.

8. In the Set Date Range dialog, specify the date range you want to export from your calendar.

9. Double-click the exported .csv file and finish your job.

Hope this helps.
