I would like to change the share/publishing url that the system shows when publishing a calendar, by default its using http, i would like to change it to https instead.

I am not too sure if i need to do those steps, i can publish calendars fine, not sure what role that webproxy url plays to be frank, would it edit the url it's giving me now to copy and share when publishing calendar ? If so why is it blank and how come it provides me a url if it's blank by default ?

By default, the webproxy url is blank.

If there exists a web proxy server (such as computers running TMG) in your environment, you need to configure the InternetWebProxy URL so that your exchange can use the web proxy server to reach the Internet.
