Surfing in google I found some information about the way to make it...But I want deep information about all the process. We have make the Exchange's Full backup (-comitting the transactions to the DB and erasing the transactional logs-).I have questions about the process to change the location:- How to make the change location? It will commit the changes to the DB automatically?Well... I need your expert opinion...Thanks for all.

Just go to your Server Configuration tab in Exchange Management Console and Select your Mailbox Server. Right click the Storage group of which you want to move the LOGS and select Move Storage Group Path and Relocate to a new location, that's it. It will dismount the Storage Group and Databases so you need to do this not during the working hours. Deli

Hello, The logs file size it's aproximately 3 GB for day (24 hours). Do you know how much time will take to commit the changes and mount the Storage Group and the databases again? Aproximately when we make the change will be 48 hours of logs... Thank you for your fast reply...

The time it will take is almost equal to copying the files manually to a new location. So you need to copy 6GB to your new destination. You don't really need to worry about commiting changes to the database as they are probably commit allready. If not all transactions are commited they will replay when the Database starts up again Deli

Hi, I have read about your answer and don't understand. The method to change the Transaction logs is to change in the "Properties" Tab on the Store Information. This action will stop the stores, will commit the changes to BD and start the stores with the logs being saved in a different location. I'm wrong? Thanks for your help. Greetings.
