Hello, how can I change the name Outlook shows under ALL MAIL ITEMS where there is Mailbox - user I want to change the user part and name it differently, is there an option which does this and then I just restart Outlook and updates automatically, maybe from Exchange server 2010 I just want to change the display name but I could not find an option in Outlook to do that Thanks

You can't change that for use in Outlook only. It is a one setting applies everywhere. Therefore you would have to change the information in Exchange, which will affect how the name is displayed in the GAL and on outbound emails. Simon.Simon Butler, Exchange MVP Blog | Exchange Resources

so can't I make it look different only on the address book at least as now there are 2 entries with the same name and surname and you cannot see which e-mail they represent

Update the Display Name so you then have something like Joe Bloggs - NY Office, Joe Bloggs - LA Office. That won't change the e-mail address.
