There are 2 ways: companyname.com should be an accepted domain in your exchange server. 1. changes this email address manually by going to EMC->Recipient Configuration->Mailbox and then right click your mailbox and open its properties and then go to Email Address tab and then uncheck the flag "Update Email address based on email address policy" and then change the email address to what u want. 2. Change email address policy to stamp primary email addresses by including companyname.com as your domain. After this change edit this Email Address Policy and apply to recipients. Hi, pus_1991 I agree with Laeeq Qazi, by using EMC, you can quickly change your primary email address and do not forget to release the select of “Automatically update email addresses based on e-mail address policy, otherwise it doesn’t work. And in exchange 2007, recipient policies have been broken into two separate components, Email-address Policies and Accepted domains. In your scenario, firstly you create a new accepted domain(for example “companyName.com”), Then create new email address policy and specify the “companyName.com” as the SMTP address. Then it works, For detail : http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa996910(EXCHG.80).aspx http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124401(EXCHG.80).aspx
