Certificate Import Wizard
Hello, I have talked to a few people that have had this problem, and was thinking it might be about time I try to get it resolved or at least a better answer. When I have an agent try to install a certificate he gets an error with a message which I don't worry about to much because there is a work around which 99.99% of the time works just fine. When I send the customer a certificate and he uses the Import Wizard to install it, right after he clicks finish to complete the process, he gets a message: "the private key that you are importing might require a cryptographic provider which is not installed" Checked that the crypto provider was started and auto in services, which was fine. Could this be a corrupt user profile? Thanks

I also had a customer receive this error: "An error occured during the addition to a certificate to the trusted root certification store" while trying to import a certificate on the desktop.
