Certificate Errors on Exchange 2007 with ISA server and a new Exchange 2010 server in place
I am migrating a company from Exchange 2007 to 2010 server. After I installed Exchange 2010 the users started getting certificate errors on the Exchange 2007 server when using OWA. When you goto the url for webmail this is what occurs. the logon page appears. I type in the logon credentials and i get the following error.... ERROR CODE: 500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR. THE CERTIFICATE IS REVOKED. (-2146885616). Has anyone seens this?

And the certificate haven't been revoked from the provider? It's not expired? Intermediate certificate is OK and installed?Jonas Andersson MCTS: Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010 | MCITP: EMA 2007/2010 | MCSE/MCSA Blog: http://www.testlabs.se/blog

We have not made any changes reguarding the certificate. The url still points to the Exchange 2007 Server. We hav requested the new cert for the 2K10 server and have installed it on the Exchange 2K10 server but that is it.

What’s the ISA version? Does the issue happen when attempting to access OWA on the CAS server directly? No it does not. It works just fine. It also is random when it occurs from the outside. It is not all the time.Preston Thornhill pthornhill@fusionstorm.com

Quote: “No it does not” So, the issue only occurs when the users access their OWA via ISA, right? If so, please use the “ISA” forum to check the log files on the ISA server, see if there’s any error traces for the causeJames Luo TechNet Subscriber Support (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/ms788697.aspx) If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tngfb@microsoft.com
