Certain incoming emails are going to archive sent folder
Hello all This user has archive folder and certain emails inside the network or outside, randomly go to the archive sent item folder instead of inbox. - No rule on Outlook 2010 - No Auto Archive is set - The company uses exchange 2003 please help. Thanks

Is it a same behaviour in Owa... Thanks for your reply Hasnain. I cannot access the archive folder in OWA so I cannot check if the issue is same in there. to recreate her outlook profile on another workstation, I have to move her pst file which is going to take a little bit more time. I recreate her ost file and will see if this is happening due to a corrupt file. I will get back to you next week since the issue is intermitent. If it does not happen for the next two or three business days, then it might be corrupted ost file. thanks

Hi Rowen, I just spoke with the user and the problem still persists. I recreate her profile but there still are emails going to that sent item under the archive folder. Any more ideas i can try? thanks much

Hi Meliye, Please utilize MFCMapi tool to check whether there's any rule that you can not find from Outlook. If you change to another PC, does the problem persist? Rowen TechNet Community Support

Hi Rowen, I recreate another archive file for her and move the data from old to new and delete the old. No issue so far. thanks all for your help.
