Cell phone wipe only Exchange or all accounts?

I'm using Exchange 2010 SP1.  When you remotely wipe a user's cell phone does the entire phone get wiped, or only the user's Exchange account information? (if they have say a home email account and the Exchange account on the same phone)  In addition, did the lock option disappear?  The users do have locks set on their phones, but I was wondering if I could force a lock in addition to the wipe.  (in case the user setup the phone to render the lock useless - like a super long timeout).

As Hinte mentioned, the entire device will be wiped if you issue a remote wipe.

You are able to force a device lock using the Exchange Management console though. Its very easy to do so if you have access to it. Try this and let me know if it works for you, however I am not sure if you will have access to the feature in 2010 SP1, it may only be in SP2 or higher.

- Open the management console and browse to Organization Configuration > Client Access

- Click Exchange ActiveSync Mailbox Policies, select an existing mailbox policy, and choose Properties in the action pane.

- Click the Password tab

- Select the Require Password checkbox

- Select the Time without user input before password must be entered (in minutes) check box

- Here you can make your changes
