Hi Im having issues with my new install.
I try to load 2013 outlook and it waits fr some time then I get "The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action."

Do you have an Exchange account? If you bought Office 2013 desktop but don't use Exchange, create a new profile.
If you have an exchange account, is it an Office 365 Exchange account?
