Cant send email to specific recipients. Using SharePoint Server 2007 & Outlook 2007
We use the SharePoint Server 2007 for email, and have email account setup using Outlook 2007. Recently I started to receive an undeliverable message whenever I sent an email to two specific contacts. These two contacts are the only ones I get an undelieverable for. The undeliverable message says "the recipients email address was not found in the recipients email system". The recipients for the undeliverable emails are co-workers and use the same server and email. What could be the cause of this? Thanks, Leesa M.

Sharepoint for Email? Are you sure? Have you asked your email administrator about this? The admin could easily check out the NDR you are getting and look at message tracking logs and at your setup to ensure you are sending the messages correctly. If its on the recipient's end, there isnt much you can do.

Shouldn't co-workers be using a mailbox on the Exchange server and not a mail-enabled Contact on some other e-mail system? --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP
