Cant even start the downloading process with office 365

Hi, im having some some issues with office 365.

I entered the product key, then I received a message that 'Office 365 home premium preview - your office preview has been cancelled. Which is nice and all, but my preview ended two years ago and besides, I'm trying to install the program, not the preview, and the preview was installed on my old laptop- my new laptop never had office installed on it.

So I clicked on 'renew with an office product key' which sent me to type the product key again and then again sent me to the same page, again and again.

Okay, so I tried logging in with another Microsoft account, and it told me that my accounts isnt associated with Office, then I tried clicking on the activating new office, which again sent me, in a similar loop, to type the product key and then once again to the same page.

At that point I thought that this might have something to do with my old laptop, so I removed it from my account by clicking 'remove' and then removing windows 10 completely from the laptop, which didnt help at all. I also tried creating a new account with gmail, and then once again it said that my account isnt associated with office.

I already tried to install the same product key on my mother's computer and it worked perfectly, so I dont understand why it doesnt work on mine. I even tried to contact the chat services, which didnt work, so overall I'm am extremely unsatisfied with the way everything worked out.

Hi,

Based on your description, you logon https://stores.office.com/myaccount/home.aspx but get the message "Office isnt associated with this account." It seems you don't have a valid Office 365 subscription, can you confirm it?

If you have tried a free preview version before and now want to use Office 365 Programs, you will need to purchase it. Once you have a valid Office 365 subscription, just sign in to your account page and click Install.

You mentioned you used a product key to active the Office on your mother's computer, may I know where it is from? If it is from a purchase, let's say, of Office 2013, it should only be installed on one computer in most cases.

Please feel free to let me know more details.
