My friend has my database, he is running Runtime 2007 on Windows 7, but now he is getting this error and the database is not opening, Cant Find Language DLL msain.dll

At which exact point will he get this error message, e.g. starting any office application?

Regarding this specific error message, some have reported that following methods resolved their issues, you might want to have a try:

1. Start Microsoft Office Access first, before you launch any other Office applications.
2. Try to repair Office installation from Control Panel, then try again.
