Cannot use test manifest against production server

When i try to open my payslip excel file 2010 which is RMS protected,I get an error (Cannot use test manifest against production server).I am connected to the domain.When i try with some other laptop it works fine.Is there any settings in excel that i am not aware.Please anybody can help me out its very urgent for me to sort this issue.We are using exchange server,but it works if i format and reinstall operating system.I tried uninstall of kaspersky antivirus
