Cannot start Information Store and Transport Service, Error 1068
Yesterday, the exchange reboot during power failure. After that, the date of BIOS return 2001 and the battery of mainboard failure. When I found the problem, the system already reboot to Windows Logon Screen. I replace the mainboard battery, change the date and reboot to windows, but I found that some of Exchange services cannot be started. All Exchange services can be started except Information Store and Transport Service, I've tried to start the services manually but return error 1068. I've googled this issues, someone suggest re-install Exchange but not help. From microsoft KB, it said that is should be permission problem. I've checked the Database file and "System" has the Full Access right. What should I do? Thanks !

You should always post the entire event log entry. Few of us memorize every event error code or can magically divine all the other information that might be in the message. -- Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems." .
