Hi Phani, Whats the errors do you get on Exchange servers? Are you able to start all services? Additionally, look for the 2080 event in application event log and make sure that Exchange server is able to communicate with DC/GCs as per below KB. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/316300 Run ExBPA and check for any error.

Hi Phani, Please refer to the following thread which have the similar problem: http://forums.microsoft.com/TechNet/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=4119436&SiteID=17 Meanwhile, in order to eliminate confusion, I have deleted the duplicate threads you post which have no reply in other Exchange sub-forum. Thank you for your understanding. Please do the suggestions in that post. I suggest running Exchange BPA first. Thank you, Elvis
