Cannot send mail outside the domain
Hello, I recently set up a new computer for a user and they are not able to send emails outside of the company's domain. This is on an 2003 exchange server. All of the other users in our company can send/receive mail from outside of our domain, except for this user. I am not to sure what is really going on here, and do not know a whole lot about exchange servers to be honest, everything typically works once i set outlook to klook at our exchange server. But any advice or information on the subject would be greatly beneficial. Thanks a lot, Dogart

Hi Dogart, Have you tried OWA(Outlook Web Access)? Can this user send email to external user? If not, could you please let us know the Non delivery report? Can this users send email to internal user? How do you set Outlook? Pop3/smtp mode or Exchange mode? Any error received when you try to send email? Thanks, Elvis
