Suddenly my Office Professional Plus does not work. I try to reload, it asks for my licence key which is accepted. When I progress to install it again asks for my licence but says it is not a valid licence key?

My key is: [Removed product key]

Please repair the Office installation from Control Panel -> Programs and Features, check if the problem persists.

If the installation is fine, then we may need to suspect the status of your product key. Since in this forum we have limited access to it, I suggest you contact the customer service for this issue:
