Cannot publish to an organizational forms library.
Exchange 2010 sp1 recently migrated from Exchange 2003. The organizational forms library has been set up as according to http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg236889.aspx. I can select the org forms library without error through outlook, but upon trying to publish a form I get, "Cannot publish the form because of a MAPI error. The operation failed." If I click publish a second time I get, "Cannot publish the form because of a MAPI error. You do not have permission to create a message in this folder." I have owner level permissions on the public folder in use for the org forms library. Looking for some guidance. Thanks!

Did you replicate the \NON_IPMP_SUBTREE\EFORMS REGISTRY folder tree from Exchange 2003's public folders to Exchange 2010's? If not, try that.Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."

1. That last post was an error, they are supported. 2. Check the permission on the eforms folder and see if yoou have permission to it, try owner and see what happensSukh

As stated in the original post, I have owner level permissions on the folder. However, I've found that my IT counterpart is able to post forms using his "everything admin" account. I was wondering what the specific minimum permission set should be in order to post to an organizational forms library. If the answer is owner, I would wondering if this additional information sheds any light on the issue?

Hi KEnneth, What do you mean the "everything admin"? Per mu known, we must grant the user All Folder rights, as well as All Message rights.
