-Exchange server and the FSMO role holder in the same site.

-Exchange is connect the FSMO role holder

but I need to force replicate from a DC in a another site to FSMP role holder to access the mailbox.

I suggest to check the HomeMDB attribute.

1. In the ADSIEDIT, please locate the following path, then check whether the Home MDB value is correct.

CN=Configuration,CN=Services,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=<org name>,CN=Administrative Groups,CN=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT) ,CN=Servers,CN=<servername>,CN=Microsoft System Attendant Home MDB

2. If the value is incorrect, please locate the following path, then please copy the value and past in CN=Microsoft System Attendant Home MDB.

CN=Configuration,CN=Services,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=<org name>,CN=Administrative Groups,CN=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)  ,CN=Databases,CN=<DatabaseName>

3. Please reboot the Exchange server.

Best Regards.
