Hi All, I have a .msg want to open. But when i double click the file then pop up a error message " cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again. " BUT! I can open it in outlook 2007 and 2010 ! just can't open in outlook 2003! WHY!? even can't open it in other computer installed outlook 2003, but outlook 2007 and 2010 is work! WHY!???????????????????? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH! William

Hi 1. Do you install google desktop? Some customers solve this issue by uninstalling it. 2. You cannot open an .msg e-mail message file in Outlook 2003 after you install Office 2003 Service Pack 3. You should change value of register. You can read this KB. 3. According to the information which you offer, the memory is not enough for outlook. Can you check usage of memory when you open the .msg file? 4. Please update version of outlook and install necessary hotfix.
