Cannot manage Exchange group membership using EAC

I am the owner of several Exchange groups and manage them through EAC as part of our university Office 365 program.

About a week ago, I lost the ability to manage membership of Exchange groups - when I go to the screen, the +/- symbols for adding or deleting members are missing:

Is there anything I or our campus Office 365 liaison can do to restore these controls?  I've had ownership removed and restored to try to correct this, and the +/- controls are available to me in the ownership manager.

Until I get these controls back, I can't manage these groups, since they contain members who are hidden from the directory.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

It appears that you are not an Exchange Admin.  You may be user management admin but I noticed this same behavior recently and granted Exchange admin rights to the user who lost this functionality and the +/- symbols returned.  Your admin will have to grant you this level of access.

That being said, you still should be able to add people to groups you own through OWA settings or through the Outlook Client.  These instructions from Caltech should get you pointed in the right direction
