Before posting I actually used http://www.msexchange.org/articles_tutorials/exchange-server-2007/management-administration/managing-exchange-server-2007-using-windows-xp-workstation.html I should of said, plus I have installed it before many times. This concerns me: Organization Preparation Failed Error: The parameter is incorrect. Parameter name: sidType/domainSid

Hi, Are you trying to install EMC on the Windows XP client? If so, I suggest you run the setup on a Windows Server 2003 or Windows Vista machine first. Then please try to install it on Windows XP again. If the issue persists, please disjoin and rejoin domain, and then test the issue. Thanks, Elvis

Well I've tried it on 4 Domain XP PC's and it does the same thing, I will try on a server.
