Cannot have two computers with Outlook 2013 running same profile at same time?

I have a desktop and a laptop

The desktop had 2013 and the laptop 2010 - I could use outlook with no problems on both at the exact same time.

Now after upgrading the laptop to 2013 - I can run one no problem, but as soon as the other one opens, they both freeze up (can't click anything)

thoughts?

I wanted to add more info - this is the same issue even with doing the default, standard install...also, even after killing outlook with task manager, the other PC remains frozen, so both need to be killed with task manager

Hi,

Which type of email account are you using? IMAP, POP3 or Exchange?

Do you have the account sync on the two computers via some third-party tool or some other methods?

Does this issue happen no matter the desktop Outlook or the laptop Outlook is opened first?

Have you tried creating new mail profiles to test the issue? If not, please try creating two new mail profiles on both clients and then check if this issue continues.
