When attemptiong to enable outlook anywhere either through the management console or the shell I receive the following error: WARNING: An unexpected error has occurred and a Watson dump is being generated:The network path was not found.Enable-OutlookAnywhere : The network path was not found. I tried with SSL offloading true and false . Also different external host names. Basic and NTLM authentication. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Remote registry service was not running. Works fine after starting it.
