I have contacts in public folders and want to be able to access the when off-line. I try to drag contact public folder in outlook onto public favorites. I get "Cannot copy files. You do not have permission to create sub-folder under this folder. "

I setup public folder permissions for the mail account with full privileges.

How do I get into favorites for off-line access?

Based on my research, we can use dragging/dropping to add a public folder to public favorites in Outlook 2003, it doesn't allow we to do that since Outlook 2007. In Outlook 2007 and later version, we need to right click on the folder you want to add and choose Add to Favorites.
