Hi I'm experiencing a problem here. When my user log into the network, using Outlook 2007 (installed locally), the user was able to setup the outlook profile with my exchange server 2007. Because I have to accomplish Presentation-V, using Outlook that is installed at the server, remotely logged in, Outlook is installed in Terminal Services. However, I experienced this problem when I am to open Outlook 2007 remotely, there is another authentication that I have to give. There is a window asking me to ask me to "Connect to exchangeserver.domain.com". However, I gave all the admin credentials that I could remember even to the extent of creating an account with administrator rights. All these credentials were not accepted by my exchange server. Could anyone advise me on what might be of the problem? Thank you.

You're talking about RemoteApp, right? I would troubleshoot this from within a full interactive remote desktop session to ensure you arent considering things from the remote-app functionality to be part of the issue. (though it shouldn't matter).You arent talking about the fact that RemoteApp itself is prompting for credentials, right? if so, this is normal, but you can save credentials in the .rdp file like you would any other remote session.The issue is likely not related to remote desktop or the remoteapp itself, but just how your outlook profile is configured. Are you using Outlook Anywhere? What authentication method have you chosen? How is the server's authentication configured for outlook anywhere? Hi, i am following up this issue on behalf of yukijocelyn. I have no problems connecting to Outlook 2007 via the RDP. It was able to connect to the outlook application. The problem starts when i try to setup the new mail account for the remote user. The outlook setup wizard will auto populate the user details for the new user. When the outlook attempts to connect to the exhange 2007 server to finalize the account creation, another dialog is prompted which needs to me enter my credentials again, this time it is attempting to connect to the exhange server itself. even if i entered the vaild credentials, the dialog box will keep coming back as though the credentials are invalidand hence i am unable to finish the setup. My project is to allow users to access their outlook via the RDP within the local network, hence i have not enabled and configure outlook anywhere.
