Cannot See New Added Folders in Public Folders in my Outlook
You can easily verify the permissions using PFDAVAdmin. If you're an owner, there's a client issue and you should definitely check in OWA or another Outlook install to see.
If he assigned the permissions to a mail-enabled security group (which is my preference) note that this will not work unless you're in native mode in AD. Try explicitly granting yourself owner rights in ESM and push the settings down througout the subfolders
(right-click on the parent to do this).Lanwench [MVP - Exchange] ** Do not fold, spindle or mutilate. Fill in the box completely and erase any stray marks. Use only a #2 pencil.

The issue is that I added new folders with contents in the Public Folders tree in Exchange 2003. After that, I open my Outlook 2007 client, and cannot see the newly added folders in the "All Public Folders". I've tried so many possible solutions unsuccessfully.
Please help me out ASAP... If you have a check-up procedure or definitive solution please send it direct to my email address:

I'd appreciate it. Thank you very much,

How did you add these folders?
Did you verify that you have the necessary permissions to view them?

My boss did it... I don't know how. But I think he did it the right way I think.
Now having the issue, he gave to me all the necessary permissions and passwords to try fixing it, but I haven't found out how. He assigned me also all the permissions and assigned me to the administrators group. But when I open Outlook, the folders don't
show up. The permissions were assigned in the ESM.
I recheck all of the configurations in the Outlook client too... Is there anything else I shoul check? Please help me.
Thanks.

What exact permissions do you have for those folders?
Can you see them via OWA?

Likely you will need to give yourself permissions for it.
You can do this in powershell

Issue resolved!
I wasn't aware of the following, we were adding any user twice, individually and in his respective group, this was giving the issue. Either add it individually or with the group, but not both. It took about five minutes in order that the user would
be able to see the assigned Public Folders.
Thank you anyways,
David
