Cannot Connect To Exchange Server
Hello, Using Outlook 2003 or 2007 client to access mail on Exchange server, an error occurs when opening e-mail client. "The set of folders cannot be opened. You must connect toMicrosoft Exchange with the current profile before you can synchronize your folders with your offline folder file." I've gone to another PC, logged onto domain with user ID in question, get same error. Problem follows user account and not related to local Outlook client. We can access e-mail account via Outlook Web Access "OWA". Any ideas how to resolve?

Try to check the firewall on the server. Turn it off and then try again.

Hi,Telnet to exchagne server on port 135 from the machine where you are trying to access outlook and see if that works. Regards,Krishna
